Off the hall is the bright and sunny sitting room with wood flooring and a wood burning stove. L shaped sofa unit, easy chair, side tables, flat screen TV with access to various viewing apps, DVD player and Wi-fi; double doors lead the to the large, south-facing conservatory with contemporary furniture and a double door to the garden.

The outside space at Eastwood House is divided into two main areas.

To the front of the property is a large gravelled parking area with plenty of space for three cars.

To the rear of the house is a fully enclosed garden. This can be accessed from the house or via a side gate from the lane. The garden is south facing so it gets plenty of sun throughout the day. It has a large patio area with circular table and seating for 8, with a further two areas laid to lawn. Fenced within the garden is a fabulous outdoor heating swimming pool, with roman steps at one end, as well as a conventional ladder at the deeper end. The area immediately surrounding the pool is tiled and sun loungers are also provided. The pool also has a solar blanket which helps to keep it at a nice swimming temperature. The pool is open from end of May to mid-September. A BBQ is also provided, along with a few outdoor games.

The Kitchen and dining area at Eastwood house are bright and airy with dual aspect windows with fitted plantation shutters, as well as curtains. The dining area has wooden flooring, with a refectory table and seating for 8 people, plus the use of a highchair if needed. There is also a sideboard with additional crockery and serving dishes, a Bluetooth radio and freestanding lamp.

It is open plan to the fitted kitchen, with views over both the front drive and rear garden. A peninsular unit divides the two areas. The kitchen has a tiled floor, and is fitted with a sink, integrated fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, Neff integrated Slide and Hide oven, Neff integrated microwave and an induction hob. The kitchen also has a Nespresso coffee machine, should you wish to bring your own coffee pods. The peninsular and cupboards provide plentiful storage. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, serving dishes, pots and pans.

For our four-legged friends dogs bowls are also provided. Although Eastwood House is a self-catering property, essentials such as teabags, instant coffee, sugar, cooking oil, pepper and salt are provided, along with a few dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Tea-towels and oven gloves are provided.

Eastwood House has four bedrooms.

Downstairs, through the kitchen door is a passageway off which there is a double bedroom, with king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Upstairs, off the main landing are three further bedrooms. Two have twin beds, with bedside tables and chest of drawers. One of which also has a built-in wardrobe. The final bedroom is the main bedroom which has a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe, with plenty of space to put a travel cot if needed and an en-suite. Bed linens are provided for the beds, along with a bath towel and hand towel for each guest. Travel cot linen is not provided as most guests prefer to bring their own. Please bring your own pool or beach towels.

Eastwood House has three bathrooms in total.

Downstairs, off the back corridor through from the kitchen, there is a bathroom with an electric shower, handbasin, toilet and heated towel-rail.

Upstairs there is a family bathroom just off the main landing, with an over-bath electric shower, basin, toilet and heated towel-rail. Finally, the main bedroom has an en-suite with shower over the bath, basin, toilet, mirror with vanity unit and heated towel-rail. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet rolls, along with a bathmat and hand towel provided.
